Product Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to return the ordered goods within 14 calendar days from the delivery date without giving any reason, as part of withdrawal from the contract, according to general principles resulting from distance selling regulations. This applies only to consumer sales, meaning it only applies to sales to a natural person making a purchase for purposes unrelated to professional or business activities.
The returned product must not show any signs of use – each element must be complete and factory-packaged, and the goods must be delivered in their original packaging in an unchanged condition. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.
If you want to return a product:
- Send the purchased product to the address Eevi Bolesławska 53b, 32-310 Klucze in undamaged condition and in its original packaging along with its full contents.
- Include the return form, in which you state your intention to return the product and provide the account number for the refund. (We do not require a receipt, but we will need the order number to verify that the product was purchased in our online store).
- Within 3 business days of receiving your package, we will check the condition of the returned product (whether it shows signs of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed, and whether it is in its original packaging with all its contents).
- If there are no objections, we will send an email confirming the positive evaluation of the return. The refund will be processed within 14 days to the provided account number. In the case of card payments, the refund will be made to the card.
If your product return is rejected (due to product damage or signs of use), we will inform you via email about the rejection. Within 7 business days, we will return the product to the indicated return address, covering the shipping cost.
Promotion 2+1 FREE
If you took advantage of the 2+1 free promotion, when returning products, you must also return the free product or opt for an exchange. This applies to orders that, after returns, no longer meet the promotion's conditions.
Promotion: Free blanket for orders over 250 PLN
If you took advantage of the free blanket promotion, when returning products, you must also return the received blanket if the order value after the return is lower than 250 PLN.
Complaints
Before accepting the package, always check whether it has been damaged during transport. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend refusing the shipment and then contacting us at +48 32 647 69 60.
After paying the COD amount and signing for the package, you can open it in the courier's presence. If discrepancies are found, a discrepancy report will be created, serving as the basis for a later complaint.
If the purchased goods prove to have manufacturing defects or do not match the description, please follow the complaint procedure below:
- Send us the product you wish to complain about, including a written statement detailing the specific reasons for the complaint, the desired form of compensation, as well as the return address and account number for a refund (depending on the decision made by the store).
- Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will inform you by email or phone about the result of the complaint process.
- If the complaint is approved, within 7 business days from the decision date, we will compensate you for the incurred costs by repairing the defective product, sending a new product, or issuing a refund.
- If the complaint is deemed unfounded, we will provide a detailed explanation of our decision and return the complained product within 14 business days at our expense. In the case of card payments, the refund will be made to the card.

Products sold in our store come with the manufacturer's warranty.
