Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Eevi Store

🧵 GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where are Eevi clothes made?

Eevi baby clothes are made in Poland. The fabrics we use are also produced in our own knitting factory, which allows us to control every stage of production and guarantee top quality and safety.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is correctly placed and paid for.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the parcel has not yet been picked up by the courier. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@eevi.pl or call +48 (32) 647 69 60.

I placed two orders. Can they be combined?

Yes, orders can be combined, but the shipping cost will not change.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if the parcel has not yet been collected by the courier. To make changes, please contact us at info@eevi.pl or call +48 (32) 647 69 60.

Where can I find the sales document?

The receipt or invoice is always placed in a transparent envelope on the outside of the parcel, next to the shipping label.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes. To receive a VAT or personal invoice, please contact us right after placing your order.

The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

If your selected size is currently unavailable, you can sign up for a stock availability notification. A window will appear after clicking on the unavailable size – simply enter your email address.

Can I order a modified version of a product?

Unfortunately, no. All products are available directly from our warehouse and cannot be customized or modified.


🔁 EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Can I exchange a purchased product?

We do not process exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

What is the return period?

You have 14 days from receiving the parcel (by courier or parcel locker) to return the product.

How do I return a product?

Please send your return together with the return form to the following address:
Eevi, Bolesławska 53b, 32-310 Klucze, Poland.

Is the return free of charge?

No, the cost of the return shipment is covered by the customer.

Can I return the product in person?

Yes, returns can also be made directly at our physical store.


💳 PAYMENT

Payment error – what should I do?

If your payment failed, you can pay for your order by bank transfer or BLIK. Please contact us to receive payment details.

Can I pay in a currency other than PLN?

Yes. Payments in other currencies can be made via PayPal.


📦 DELIVERY

Do you ship orders abroad?

Yes, we also handle international shipping. The shipping cost depends on the destination country.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, personal collection is available at our headquarters in Klucze (32-310). Please select the “Personal pickup” option when placing your order.

What delivery methods are available?

Currently, we offer delivery via InPost Parcel Lockers, DPD Courier, GLS Courier, and Polish Post.


🏪 PHYSICAL STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

What are the opening hours of the physical store?

Our physical store is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Where is your store located?

You can find us at Bolesławska 53b, 32-310 Klucze, Poland.

Are the products from the online store also available in the physical store?

Yes – all products available online are also available in-store.

Can I pay by card in the physical store?

Yes, we accept card, BLIK, and cash payments.

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
