Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

1. The Privacy Policy defines the principles related to the use of cookies and the protection of personal data in connection with the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider, who is the data controller.
2. The data controller for the personal data of the Clients of the online store is PPHU Ewa Baranik Spółka Jawna, based in Klucze (ul. 3. The data controller has not appointed a personal data protection officer. For any matters related to the processing of personal data by the data controller, you can obtain information by contacting the data controller in the following way:

4. Personal data is processed by the data controller for the following purposes:

a) registration in the online store, entering into contracts via the online store, in particular placing and processing orders, fulfilling the Service Provider's obligations, especially regarding complaints, preparing and presenting offers and commercial information. For this purpose, the data controller processes the following personal data: name and surname, email address, phone number, address (street, house number, postal code, city), company data, NIP;

b) transferring your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") in connection with:

1) providing by the Bank the infrastructure for handling online payments (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation);

2) handling and settling payments made by customers of the online store via the internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation);

3) verifying by the Bank the proper execution of contracts with the online store, in particular ensuring the protection of payers' interests in connection with complaints submitted by them (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

4) transferring your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering payment for purchased goods or services through Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. within the "Buy with Twisto" purchase formula and providing this purchase formula by the online store, as well as verifying by Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. the proper execution of such agreements (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

5. By registering in the online store, the Client may consent to receiving commercial and marketing information to the provided email address. The Client may withdraw consent at any time for receiving such information.
6. The legal basis for processing personal data are:

a) The consent of the person whose personal data is being processed;

b) Necessity for the performance of contracts concluded via the online store;

c) Necessity to fulfill a legal obligation imposed on the Service Provider;

d) Legitimate interests pursued by the Service Provider.

7. Personal data collected in the online store will be stored for accounting purposes for a maximum period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline related to the contract concluded through the online store expired. For other purposes, personal data will be stored as long as there is a legal basis for processing, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period or until the consent is withdrawn.
8. If providing your personal data is necessary to conclude a contract with the online store, providing the personal data is a condition for concluding this contract. Providing personal data in this case is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the online store.
9. The Service Provider informs that during the use of the online store, personal data is also collected automatically through cookies. To adapt the online store to the individual needs of Clients, the website info@eevi.pl uses cookies, which are small text files containing information stored by the server on the Client's computer (or other device used to access the Internet). Session cookies concern the Client's activity during a specific browser session and are deleted after the session is closed. Persistent cookies remain on the Client's computer and activate when the online store's website is opened. The information obtained in this way is used solely for technical purposes related to server administration and for statistical purposes. The Client can change the browser settings at any time to disable the acceptance of cookies, but this may cause difficulties or prevent the use of some services.
10. Each Client has the right to: access their personal data, correct it, delete it, and request the restriction of processing, object to the processing of personal data, withdraw consent to process personal data for one or more purposes for which it was given, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, and also the right to transfer their personal data, and the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
11. The recipients of personal data of Clients are only entities entitled to obtain personal data under the provisions of law and employees/contractors of our company responsible for providing services in the online store, including providing technical support services and entities providing legal and financial services, as well as, in connection with the processing of personal data for purposes specified in point 4, ING Bank Śląski S.A. and Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. These entities are obliged to keep the received data confidential.
12. The Service Provider does not intend to transfer the personal data of Clients to a third country or to an international organization.
