Where are Eevi brand clothes manufactured?

The clothes are produced in Poland. The materials we use are also knitted in our knitting factory in Poland, ensuring that every stage of production is carefully verified by us.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours after correct placement and payment.

Can I cancel my order? How do I do it?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been picked up by the courier. Please contact us immediately to cancel your order at the email address: info@eevi.pl or by phone: +48 (32) 647 69 60

I placed two orders. Can I combine them?

Orders can be combined, but the shipping cost will remain the same.

I placed an order. Can I change the delivery address/order details?

The shipping address can be changed if the order has not yet been picked up by the courier. To change the address, please contact us at the email address: info@eevi.pl or by phone: +48 (32) 647 69 60

Where can I find the sales document?

The receipt or invoice is always placed in a transparent envelope on top of the package along with the shipping label.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

To receive a VAT or personalized invoice, please contact us immediately after placing your order at the email address: info@eevi.pl or by phone: +48 (32) 647 69 60

My product is out of stock. When will it be available?

If your desired product is unavailable in the selected size, you can easily sign up for a back-in-stock notification. After clicking on the unavailable size, a window will appear where you can enter your email address.

I want to order a specific product but with a slight modification. Can I change it?

Unfortunately, we do not modify products. All available items are in stock and cannot be altered.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Can I exchange a purchased product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. The product must be returned, and a new order must be placed.

How much time do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the receipt of the package via parcel locker or courier to make a return.

How do I return a product?

Returns should be sent to our address: Eevi, Bolesławska 53b, 32-310 Klucze, along with the return form.

Is the return free of charge?

The buyer covers the return shipping cost.

Can I return a product in person?

Yes, you can return a product in person.

 

PAYMENT

Payment error for my order. What should I do?

If your payment was unsuccessful, you can pay via bank transfer or Blik by contacting us.

Can I pay for my order in a currency other than Polish zloty?

Yes, payments can be made via PayPal.

 

SHIPPING

Do you ship orders abroad?

Yes, we ship orders internationally.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can pick up your order in person. When placing your order, select the "personal pickup" option.

What delivery methods are available?

Currently, available shipping options include InPost Parcel Lockers, GLS Courier, DPD Courier, and Poczta Polska.

The store is open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Where is your store located?

What is the product availability in the physical store?

All products available in the online store are also available in the physical store.

Can I pay by card in the physical store?

Yes, you can pay by card, Blik, or cash in the store.

What are the customer service working hours?
